Searching for Success is the culmination of a project of the Asia Pacific Judicial Reform Forum (APJRF), executed by the UNDP Regional Centre in Bangkok, and funded by the UN Democracy Fund and the UNDP Asia Regional Governance Programme.  The chapters focus on practical reform issues and identify strengths and weaknesses of reform programmes in Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Vanuatu.  The book explores many issues, including gender justice, reduction of delays in case disposal, access to justice by marginalized groups, judicial integrity and accountability, judicial education and skills development, prioritizing ‘hone grown’ reform, domestic resource constraints, and management of foreign donors.  The book published by Oxford University Press, New Delhi.
