This report uses the latest information from the United Nations MDG database to assess which countries and subregions are likely to miss or achieve the Goals. It attempts to encapsulate and update the discussions and recommendations of the earlier reports on MDGs, jointly published by ESCAP, ADB and UNDP since 2004.  It looks at some of the key drivers which have propelled MDG achievement in the region, and which are likely to remain as important as before in the region’s quest for reaching the Goals by 2015.
