Duties:

  • Professional advice to customers, demand formation, product sales, comprehensive sales;

  • Order, reception, analysis, display of goods;

Requirements:

  • Secondary special or higher education (pharmaceutical);

Call operator

Duties:

  • Incoming/outgoing calls;
  • Advising clients on the choice of medications

Requirements:

  • Education: preferably pharmaceutical or medical;
  • Experience in the call center is welcomed;
  • Competent and clear speech, good diction;
  • Ability to conduct a large number of negotiations per day;
