What medications are included in the assortment?

Our assortment includes either branded and generic medications.

What about how to order medications?

The ordering procedure is simple. First of all, you need to choose the product from the online catalog like Viagra or Cialis. Then, add this item to the shopping cart and check the order details. If you continue shopping, please proceed to checkout. Fill in the details for submitting an order. Is a prescription required?

Yes, the prescription is required. Ask the questions by means of emails specified above.

What shipping fees do you offer?

All the details about shipping options are given on the “Shipping Options” page. The shopping cart also contains this information. The fee is fixed to every shipping option.

Is your shipping offered international?

Yes, we do. The only exception is some Asian countries.

How do you send orders?

All the parcels are shipped anonymously. Your confidentiality is the main aim for us. There are no labels of what there is inside the parcel.

What if the package is lost, damaged or some items are missing?

If such a situation has happened you are welcome to contact our support team. They will inform you in what cases you may get a refund or reshipment.

What shipping options do you offer?

  • Trackable Courier Service (5 – 9 days) – tracking is possible;
  • Airmail service (14 – 21 days).

 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept the credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, JCB).

How can I check the status of my order?

Tracking is possible if your order is delivered by express courier system. In other cases, it is almost impossible to track the parcel.
